Do playa always stay playa

We (girl) always say that guy are all the same, but you know that deep inside of you it not true. I really think that if a guy want to be a playa he gonna stay the same but when he will fall in love he would do everything to keep is love. We (human) always change during years but I don't understand one thing. If a girl is a playa she consider to be a bitch but if a guy is a playa he is cool
